Shipping & Delivery

 

Orders are processed within 48 hours, during business hours. Many times out for delivery that very same day. We are located on the east coast, so west coast orders may take a day or so longer. We always ship USPS Priority mail. If you need a shipment right away or prefer UPS please contact us directly to meet your goals. 

 

Our prices are the best around, thus shipping on orders of $99.99 and under will be a flat rate of just $10.99.  Orders $100.00 or more will be eligible for free shipping. Simply type in FreeShip100 into the coupon section at checkout. 

 

These shipping prices only includes the lower 48 states and DC. For Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders please contact us direct as we can figure out the most cost effective plan to fufill your needs. 



Returns

 

Contact us directly, and we will send you a return form.  Send us back the items you no longer need with the completed return form. If exchanging in a time crunch; we recommend you place an order for the new items to expedite the process.

Most Unused Items can be returned for refund if received within 30 days from purchase date. Items must be sent back in original condition and tags still attached. Failure for any of the above will void option for exchange/return. Shipping will be paid for by customers. We recommend keeping tracking information. Please contact with any further questions.

Covid changed many things. Due to this any whistle products are NO LONGER able to be exchanged or returned.

Undergarment products are NEVER eligible for exchange or returns.
